paid $700+ and problem was not fixed. Arrived 25 min. before scheduled appt. . All was well and Valentina was very pleasant and professional. Was notified when car was done , returned rental and proceeded home with my car. Next day the original problem was back. I was not happy. Ecellent Customer Service! I got the white glove treatment from Maria! Brought in our X5 for a folding mirror issue. Initially I was told that the CPO warranty department denied I got the white glove treatment from Maria! Brought in our X5 for a folding mirror issue. Initially I was told that the CPO warranty department denied he claim. I discussed with Maria my compelling reasons why I thought it should be covered. She listened, she understood and agreed to talk with the service manager. I got a text later that day indicating they would cover it under CPO warranty. Once the part came in she made it very easy and accommodating to get the work scheduled. The fix did not take long and I was treated with the utmost courtesy. The whole staff there made sure I was taken care of when wandering around dreaming about a 6 series convertible. Well done Maria and BMW of Sarasota staff. More
