Beautiful dealership My experience began with a visit for recall work on my 2009 328i. I was initially told that the needed repairs would take approximately 3-3½ hours, Fe My experience began with a visit for recall work on my 2009 328i. I was initially told that the needed repairs would take approximately 3-3½ hours, Fernando told me more like 5:00pm. When that time had expired I inquired of the progress. The person I talked to told me that "they were pretty busy today and usually recall work was pushed back to better accommodate regular customers". I voiced my disappointment. An hour or so later they told me my car was done. I ended up buying a previously owned 2013 328i the next day and all went well until the next day when I was at the dealership with my wife to finish signing the sale agreement. I tried to manually open the trunk and found that this part of the car was broken. I was told that seeing as the interior unlock, the key fob and the under trunk sensor unlock all worked,that the manual unlock latch would NOT be addressed. Needless to say, I was disappointed with that. Susan Gatlin was professional and helpful in the buying process of the car.Tammy Saylor was also friendly and professional in handling the finance part of the deal. I have to add that I feel the price given for my 2009 was pretty low. $ 2000 did not seem fair. You certainly aren't selling a car like that for anything less than $5 K. It was kept in very good condition and mechanically nothing was wrong with it. Other than a good polishing it needed nothing. Overall I feel I am satisfied with the car I purchased. More

Excellent Service !!! - Carlos Munoz I had a service appointment for my annual oil change for later in the week. On Sunday night, I noticed a screw n my tire. I contacted Carlos Monday I had a service appointment for my annual oil change for later in the week. On Sunday night, I noticed a screw n my tire. I contacted Carlos Monday morning and explained the situation. He was able to get me an appointment the next day to have the tire looked at. He even ordered a tire just in case it needed to be replaced. I brought the car in and it turned out I had 2 screws in the same tire. The tire was replaced since I have the tire package and the oil change was done. Carlos provided excellent customer service and was simply fantastic. He made the whole process very easy and quick. Thank you Carlos!!! More

Unscheduled evaluation of inoperative emergency doorlock. Without an appointment, I was given immediate attention to evaluate the emergency nonoperative door lock on the driver's side door. Immediate attenti Without an appointment, I was given immediate attention to evaluate the emergency nonoperative door lock on the driver's side door. Immediate attention was given to the issue and the cause was discovered. Unfortunately, a new lock mechanism was required to fix the problem. This was ordered from BMW specific for the VIN# of my car. I was informed that the part will take approximately 1 week to be produced, coded and be delivered to the dealer by BMW. I was assured that, upon receipt of the part, I will be notified to return for the replacement to be installed. I only intended to make an appointment and did not expect this issue to be evaluated, let alone, have the evaluation done while I waited. I never expected such courtesy and concerns for my problem. I look forward to returning for installation of the new lock mechanism to resolve this issue. I am a 1st time customer having just brought my BMW to Sarasota from NJ permanently. This care will certainly motivate me to a future dedicated customer. More
