My service rep explained the service process to me during our initial conversation and then she updated after the service was completed but before the car was ready. Finally, when my car was ready she accompanied me to my vehicle and removed the paper floor mat and hanging tag before I got in it. Outstanding customer service. Thank you. More

excellent service and overall treatment While my recall service was excellent completed completely in a timely manner, I have one issue with the dealership's parts department. On my past two visits for service, I have tried to buy touch-up paint for my vehicle, In both cases it was out of stock I think you should have a process to follow-up on such requests to get the item requested and mail it to the customer. Maria was my service advisor and even went so far as to take a picture of the windshield washer strainers that were clogged with algae and inoperable. Happy that she suggested having them replaced. To my surprise, the waiting room was fully stocked with juices, coffee, tea along with an assortment of granola bars, chips, apples and freshly popped popcorn. All in all, a very relaxing experience for my first service at BMW of Sarasota. More
