Carlos Munoz is the Best I've been coming to BMW Sarasota for 5 years now with Carlos Munoz as my service advisor. You will not find a more competent, reliable, honest and I've been coming to BMW Sarasota for 5 years now with Carlos Munoz as my service advisor. You will not find a more competent, reliable, honest and caring advisor. He is up front with everything from service issues to cost as well as time in the shop and will keep you updated while being serviced. Would have expected of BMW I just had a very disappointing customer service experience with BMW North America that will result in me not purchasing the BMW brand going forward. I just had a very disappointing customer service experience with BMW North America that will result in me not purchasing the BMW brand going forward. And my service experiences with BMW of Sarasota have led me to rate them as "Average" at best. In just the few service visits I've made to the dealership under warranty, I encountered issues with service advisors' unsatisfactory handling of my visits, not keeping me updated on the work being done on my car and lack of notification when the car and parts were ready for pickup. Service Manager Greg Jones seems to be customer focused but my overall experience with their Service Department is below my expectations for a BMW dealership and not much better than I've had from other dealerships. More

Quality Service - Appointment took too long While I was satisified with the quality of service, the appointment took far too long. I scheduled for 7:00 AM since I was waiting for my vehicle and wanted to be first in line . I was there promptly at 7:00 and my vehicle was taken in right away. I was having an oil change and the clogged winshield washer screen cleaned. I was there for 3 hours. No complaints with Derek but I would think the service work could have been completed in half the time. More
