Got it done I made an emergency appointment to replace a dead battery. Got the appointment as requested but I also had and appointment for 3 days later for the ca I made an emergency appointment to replace a dead battery. Got the appointment as requested but I also had and appointment for 3 days later for the cars yearly shots and to fix a missing engine. When I came to my appointment Maria, my service advisor, told me she could have everything fixed that day. In that it is a two hour drive, there and back, it made a lot of sense for me to wait for all the service to get done in one day. More

Everyone was helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We wanted to purchase "map updates" for navigation but we had questions- we wanted to know if we purchase the 2 yr subscription what happens after the 1st year. Do we have to get a new usb or code, and how to go about it? No one could answer how the computer would know we could get the updates. It became likely that the usb would contain an end date, and for the duration of the two years, we will be able to update our maps. Even the similar process of updating BMW assist was not suggested to us by BMW Assist folks. During our stay at BMW we had asked this of our Advisor, the Genius on the floor, and the parts person. Also during our stay we called BMW Assist, and the BMW 24/7 Genius. Since the Genius on premise helped us update BMW Assist on our nav system, this became the basis for our understanding of the new Maps update assumptions. Documentation could be clearer in the Nav book and online. The Service Center would benefit. More

The car wash wasn't that good, spots on body panels. Like I couldn't finish from above, spots on windows and the back wiper blade was off the window and pointing down, didn't notice that until I was load Like I couldn't finish from above, spots on windows and the back wiper blade was off the window and pointing down, didn't notice that until I was loading groceries in the back and saw it. My car looked worse than when I brought it in. On the other hand, Seth Rodgers and Juan Cruz were very professional and did an excellent job of explaining any question I had, A++++++ More
