Quick Turnaround Went to service dep’t w/o appointment to get trunk latch fixed. Trunk was in locked down position and would not open, period. Problem was resolved b Went to service dep’t w/o appointment to get trunk latch fixed. Trunk was in locked down position and would not open, period. Problem was resolved by “breaking in” through back seat and then replacing entire latch system. Costly to be sure, but confidence inspiring. Very helpful and friendly service at all times. More

Bad service Took my bmw because my radio screen was going black and they were blaming my phone which happens to be a new phone only 1 year old. They made drive to Sarasota 3 times when I live an hour away only to tell me that my phone was the issue. Meanwhile it worked perfect on their loaner and on all my other cars. This is a joke. More

recent BMW_X5 fix Service was solid _ Derek was very helpful with everything _ was a little disappointed that I had to come back to the dealership as the casing on the Service was solid _ Derek was very helpful with everything _ was a little disappointed that I had to come back to the dealership as the casing on the steering wheel was not fully connected after the work that was done and I was not going to try and fix the problem given what I paid for the work but when I contacted Derek he was apologetic and helpful More
