Over charges for repeat service Work was done in October for an oil leak and also for other assessed work for which we were charged $3700. My car is older but In Wonderful shape and Work was done in October for an oil leak and also for other assessed work for which we were charged $3700. My car is older but In Wonderful shape and we are happy to continue to treat it well. But with yet another oil leak 7 weeks later and replacing ONE gasket and Four Rings, cost $28+ and were charged $770 and told they couldn’t be sure it needed replacing the first time we were in. I think this is excessive for work that should have been done the first time. I will add, that in October I was given a rental car that was an absolute junk and an embarrassment for you to use. And to top it off they charged my credit card $13 for the privilege! No loaners any more? More
