Great service! My car was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. Jessica did a great job keeping me informed about my car. I was given a loaner car for the day. My car was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. Jessica did a great job keeping me informed about my car. I was given a loaner car for the day. However, it was more like a rental, although I didn’t have to pay for it. Miles were restricted, and I had to return it with the same amount of gas in it. When i got in the car, the fuel tank was on empty, and showed 66 miles to empty, which a mile down the road showed 55 miles to empty. So needless to say I had to drive straight to the gas station. More

Rear window shade issue On the day i took delivery of (CPO - 2015 560i ) the issue was present when the BMW genius was going over the features of the car, dropped off car on On the day i took delivery of (CPO - 2015 560i ) the issue was present when the BMW genius was going over the features of the car, dropped off car on Monday and picked car up on Wednesday, service advisor said the issue was that shade had to be initialized and i trusted the issue was resolved ,as i drove away i tried to raise and lower shade and realized that the issue was not repaired - shade does not go all the way down into holder, returned to dealership service advisor took the car and came back a few minutes later and said that it was lubed and told me not raise and lower the shade too much ? to this day I'm still having the same issue ... More

Very good customer service, questionable car service Customer service is very good, but service is very slow. Arrived at the opening time without appointment for diagnostic and spent there almost 4 hours Customer service is very good, but service is very slow. Arrived at the opening time without appointment for diagnostic and spent there almost 4 hours, Service center performed multi-point inspection and did not even topped off the fluids. After reprogramming ECU car's fuel consumption is worse now. More
