Christmas Eve Emergency I was out of town in Sarasota and my car was running low on coolant. BMW takes special coolant so we couldn’t find a store that had it and was open on I was out of town in Sarasota and my car was running low on coolant. BMW takes special coolant so we couldn’t find a store that had it and was open on Christmas Eve. I called this dealer and asked if they could help. They were closing within 10 minutes of my arrival estimated time and were completely booked until the following week. I explained my situation and they said head over ASAP. I did, and they took me right away. I had a sleeping baby in the car seat and so they brought everything to the front of service and took care of me. My baby stayed asleep and there was no charge. I tipped the attendant for his help and courtesy and our Christmas trip was saved. Thanks to all for the help!! More
Out of Towner needing service With the year end being as hectic as ever I could not find time to have my oil changed on my 2016 5 series. After putting another 500+ miles to drive to Siesta Key (ouch) it dawned on me while on 75 South to call BMW of Sarasota and see if they could get me in. The rep couldn't have been easier to deal with and once there, Derek Thomas, Asst. Service Mgr had my entire BMW profile in his hands reviewing the work that had been done as well as acknowledging my extended service warranty in the BMW system. Because of Derek's professional approach I felt comfortable enough to ask if I could squeeze in a tire rotation and alignment which I knew was not covered under my plan. No problem he said. He told me then and there the cost and even offered a shuttle service at no cost to and from my beach condo. Wow! If there was a 6th star I would give it to you guys. Thanks again for taking such good care of me and making me feel like part of the family. More

Extremely disappointing 3 calls to service rep to schedule went unanswered. Web scheduling apparently not working either. Car was 2.5 hours late from estimated time and no one contacted me to tell me or provide any explanation. When service papers were found on reps desk (apparently had gone to lunch) no keys were found and no one knew where the car was. Plus the men's room was filthy. I spent a good amount on extended service plan and warranty am not impressed to say the least. More
Service I was at the dealership at 6:50 AM and the first in line. I even received an email from your dealership asking why I did NOT show up for my appointment? Whoever logged in me must have been inexperienced and in need of additional training. If it wasn't for Greg Jones, I probably would not go back for service at the dealership. Greg Jones was very professional, courtesy and extremely helpful. More

Oil change Arrived on time for my 10:30 appointment and had to wait for 15 minutes for the service advisor. Then I had to wait for another 15 minutes while they processed the paperwork for my loaner which I had confirmed the day before. My experience was different than my expectations. . When I made the appointment I was told that is was about a one hour procedure in reality it was 2 1/4 hours. The service was an oil change and inspection. They also washed the exterior. More
