Poor customer service We have dealt with automotive dealers service over the years, Mercedes Lexus and Bmw, this arrive in Sarasota at the Bmw dealership is the worst! You We have dealt with automotive dealers service over the years, Mercedes Lexus and Bmw, this arrive in Sarasota at the Bmw dealership is the worst! You meet 3 different people before you get to the service manager, then you wait for your personal service person. Lexus and Mercedes in other parts of the country that show exactly who drives into the service center and they greet you by name! That tech service can not be that expensive and the customer feels special!!! I had to leave my bmw for service and they called an Uber to drive me home- 1 1/2 hrs away? Then they wanted me to return the next day, Florida has old people and it’s difficult for them to get around!!! I think next time I’ll go to ft Meyers! More

Service A+/5 star Loaner Process B/3 Star Seth Rodgers (should be listed below) did an A+ job which included reserving a loaner. The loaner desk took almost 45 minutes at 9AM with no one else waiting to provide a “reserved” car. The young man behind the desk said he needed to “find” the car and see if ready. Why take the chance with some one who does not have the latest technical updates and education on these sophisticated machines. Always greated cheerfully with a short wait for the service writer. Mean time enjoying a cup of coffe, cookie and watching the latest news while perusing the newspaper. Maria was a real pleasure. More
