Services and warranty work I came in for my routine oil change and some warranty work. My passenger door speaker rattles, my window button for the passenger side window sticks, I came in for my routine oil change and some warranty work. My passenger door speaker rattles, my window button for the passenger side window sticks, the windows screech when being rolled up or down, my usb port in the center console doesn't charge any devices and doesn't connect to media. Fernando was super nice and I felt like I was being taken care of. I was given a rental and was told it would be a few days. Well 1-2 hours later I get a call saying my car is ready and all the warranty work I came in for wasn't done because they said they plugged it into a computer and it says everything is fine with the car. When questioning them whether they actually tried to play something to hear the rattle in the speaker or to see that the usb port works I was told no because the computer said there's nothing wrong with it. As for the window button sticking they said they ordered a new one and it's because I spilled fluids in there, well I purchased the car like that so I didn't appreciate the accusation. Was told they lubed up my windows to stop the screeching yet my windows still screech. I got my oil change done as well but the computer was never reset so it still tells me I'm due for an oil change. I told them to cancel the window button because I will NEVER return to this dealership again. I left beyond frustrated and angry. This experience alone makes me regret buying the car from them and doing any business with them. Hands down awful experience. I do not blame Fernando for any of this though, he tried to take care of me but it seems like whatever else goes on after that was just poor service and lack of care More
