Great service! My car was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. Jessica did a great job keeping me informed about my car. I was given a loaner car for the day. My car was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. Jessica did a great job keeping me informed about my car. I was given a loaner car for the day. However, it was more like a rental, although I didn’t have to pay for it. Miles were restricted, and I had to return it with the same amount of gas in it. When i got in the car, the fuel tank was on empty, and showed 66 miles to empty, which a mile down the road showed 55 miles to empty. So needless to say I had to drive straight to the gas station. More

Very good customer service, questionable car service Customer service is very good, but service is very slow. Arrived at the opening time without appointment for diagnostic and spent there almost 4 hours Customer service is very good, but service is very slow. Arrived at the opening time without appointment for diagnostic and spent there almost 4 hours, Service center performed multi-point inspection and did not even topped off the fluids. After reprogramming ECU car's fuel consumption is worse now. More
Slow check in process Took my 328i for recall work and brake fluid change. It took an hour to drop off the car, thirty minutes to be seen, ten minutes consult with service manager, twenty minutes to get loaner car with the onsite Hertz agent which was a joke. The Hertz agent took enough pictures of the crappy Kia they gave me to post on a web site to sell the car. Also gave me a car short on gas. My beef is not with the asst. service manager, it is with the customer experience of the dealership, it just simply sucks. I can take our Lexus to Wilde Lexus next door and do the same service visit in about 15 minutes. Oh forgot to mention the pick up of my car was also interesting to watch the sales manager wonder around the parking area on the street looking for my car to drive it up to where I was standing. (didn't help my key fob battery was dead so he couldn't get the lights to flash) but come on at least don't let the customer see your flawed process. For a premium car dealership it makes you wonder when they will get it. This was not my first visit to this dealership and have had similar experience in the past. Ugh More
