Extremely disappointed. Since purchasing my 2016 Series 3 I've patronized Sarasota BMW. Was impressed with their service department in particular. That all changed this past Since purchasing my 2016 Series 3 I've patronized Sarasota BMW. Was impressed with their service department in particular. That all changed this past week. Went in at scheduled appointment time for a routine oil change. Service advisor, Seth advised me the maintenance plan had expired. Funny that I had just inquired about the warranty and was told it expires 7/20/19. So I enquired about trading it in so I would have the warranty again. When Seth changed the rules I changed my mind. Is this what I want to get into again with a new Series 3? Absolutely not. Poor business over a few hundred dollars cost them a new car sale and service for it. More
