Great Customer Service I was in for service yesterday at 9 am and had another appointment near by at 10:20. Poor service I had to wait over 1 hour to receive a rental car. When I was told what time my car would be ready, I called to check in on the status they told me b I had to wait over 1 hour to receive a rental car. When I was told what time my car would be ready, I called to check in on the status they told me between 4-5pm. So, I headed to dealership at 4pm and get a call as I am turning into dealership that my car would not be ready until Monday, this was a Friday and it was supposed to be ready same day. I drove 45 minutes for nothing. Then when I picked up my car Monday, the car was filthy, I was told I would receive a complimentary wash, DIDN'T HAPPEN. Will not be back to this dealership! More

Would have liked a little bit better deal, but in the long run I always feel more confident getting new tires from the dealership. They had to be ordered but I had a loaner car so I was never inconvenienced. All good now, Its like I'm driving a new car! Thanks Lewis & BMW! More

Excellent service Louis remembered me from my last visit some 4 months ago. He even remembered the reason for that visit.
