Routine oil change I was quoted at first $459 for an oil change. Then they said they would help me out and lower that to $259. I showed the service writer an email from their dealership for $24.95 oil change special for all 4-6 cylinder engines. He explained to me that doesn’t include Diesel engines because it takes a special oil and DEF service. After some discussion that the synthetic oil maybe slightly different but costs the same. We agreed that they would just change the oil only because I recently topped off the DEF reservoir ( DEF fluid is $10 for 2 1/2 gallons, the reservoir holds 1 1/2 gallons). I drove the car home and pulled the dip stick on the engine and the oil looked black like old oil. Now I’m second guessing as to if they changed the oil at all. Diesel engines still have a dip stick unlike some newer gas engines so I was able to visually look at the oil color. Basically they would have been perfectly happy with charging me up to $259 for a basic oil change which now I question they even performed. OBTW this isn’t the first time I feel this dealship has been less than ethical. More

Great service with a smile I was in for a routine oil change . My service advisor , Maria Lizardi , who is top notch , explained the other services she recommended , of which I I was in for a routine oil change . The car was ready for me by 11:30 AM , which was before the time they said it would be ready . A complete inspection was done on all the major parts and fluid levels , and the car was washed . Everyone was very courteous , and it was a very positive experience . Also a special mention to Johnny O , He is the first person you encounter when checking in . Very positive fellow, with a good sense of humor . More

Overall Awesome Maria's a great service rep/manager. She is great at explaining what is being found in regards to condition of the vehicle and what might have to be Maria's a great service rep/manager. The facility is great, lots of BMW SRQ team members walking around and checking to make sure we have been helped and have a status update. Only thing that keeps it from being a perfect 5 was that time estimates are usually a little light (generally off by 60mins). But I also watched a lot of folks who drove in unexpectedly with emergencies and watched the teams treat those folks who were stressed out with respect and consideration while juggling planned business so understand how that can be a hard variable to work out.
