In for a recall and a minor service I was very impressed that BMW of Sarasota proactively called me to schedule my PCV Valve recall service. They also gave me a rental car. My Service Overdue light was on and they we're able to fix that issue too - brake flush and fluids. I was very pleased with Derek, as always. More
Check engine light . . . My check engine light went on. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours to g My check engine light went on. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours to get diagnostic results. Not sure why it takes this long but got the results in an hour and a half. A temperature sensor was not functioning and was replaced in another hour and a half. The service staff were very friendly and kept me updated. No surprises, they did exactly what they promised. Would give 5 stars but just can't understand why it takes an hour and a half to get diagnostic results. More

Service great but lease agent subpar Service department very helpful. I had a horrible experience with lease agent. I have been a bmw customer for 15 plus years and because I bought a d Service department very helpful. I had a horrible experience with lease agent. I have been a bmw customer for 15 plus years and because I bought a different brand vehicle the lease agent was not very accomadating when I tried to terminate lease. Hopefully my next encounter improves when I return to complete termination. I probably will buy BMW vehicles in the future but not at Sarasota if the termination process does not improve. There is a lot of competition in luxury car market and burning bridges is not very wise. More
