They Broke my radiator :( Simple oil change turned into them breaking radiator. Had car in shop for 2 hours and was not notified they broke it till they said car was ready. Car was definitely not leaking when brought in, there would of been anti freeze all over floor in sign in area, cooling system is pressurized. 2 hours go by and at end, say it was broke but would not admit they did it. Very disappointed not owning that they broke radiator. Also they stated that oil filter housing gasket was leaking, wrong... it was just replaced and I rechecked and was dry, no leaks. not trust worthy place I bought a used car from them and I thought that I would have a peace of mind for sometime but unfortunately they didn’t do any check on it and just w I bought a used car from them and I thought that I would have a peace of mind for sometime but unfortunately they didn’t do any check on it and just within short times it needed a lot of repairs which really gave me the feeling that they tricked me!! And stole my money!!! When I toke the car back to them to do those repairs, I found that they are very expensive and would charge almost three times any other mechanic. !!!!!!! I really feel bad because I lost my money and trusted that dealership!!!! I am not going there forever!!! Wish all BMW owners a very good luck More
