Over charges for repeat service Work was done in October for an oil leak and also for other assessed work for which we were charged $3700. My car is older but In Wonderful shape and Work was done in October for an oil leak and also for other assessed work for which we were charged $3700. My car is older but In Wonderful shape and we are happy to continue to treat it well. But with yet another oil leak 7 weeks later and replacing ONE gasket and Four Rings, cost $28+ and were charged $770 and told they couldn’t be sure it needed replacing the first time we were in. I think this is excessive for work that should have been done the first time. I will add, that in October I was given a rental car that was an absolute junk and an embarrassment for you to use. And to top it off they charged my credit card $13 for the privilege! No loaners any more? More

Poor annual service I took my car in for its first annual service on 8/24/18. They claimed they did all the service required. On 11/29/18 i received a warning on my car I took my car in for its first annual service on 8/24/18. They claimed they did all the service required. On 11/29/18 i received a warning on my car not to drive it because the engine coolant was low. My husband checked it and it was below minimum. We had to add water to make it to the dealer. Seriously? In 2 months?!? Clearly they have never checked the levels. What else have they not checked? Luckily my husband’s Audi was available for me to drive while he had to make a trip to this dealer which would have been unnecessary if they actually did their job. More
