Had a very good experience. Had to top off fluid level. Manager at entrance was very organized and took care of us quickly. Problem: Several months ago we entered Q and was asked to back out because they would not wash cars any more. After buying three new cars at the dealership and promised a car wash when we needed one we were quite disappointed to say the least. This time after our car was serviced the manager told us that they again will wash our car. We declined but again are not happy that we were never informed that this service started again. This is also after writing three different times expressing my complaint to manager/owner/salesman. Common courtesy says somebody should have e-mailed us this info. Why take the chance with some one who does not have the latest technical updates and education on these sophisticated machines. Always greated cheerfully with a short wait for the service writer.
