Poor customer service We have dealt with automotive dealers service over the years, Mercedes Lexus and Bmw, this arrive in Sarasota at the Bmw dealership is the worst! You We have dealt with automotive dealers service over the years, Mercedes Lexus and Bmw, this arrive in Sarasota at the Bmw dealership is the worst! You meet 3 different people before you get to the service manager, then you wait for your personal service person. Lexus and Mercedes in other parts of the country that show exactly who drives into the service center and they greet you by name! That tech service can not be that expensive and the customer feels special!!! I had to leave my bmw for service and they called an Uber to drive me home- 1 1/2 hrs away? Then they wanted me to return the next day, Florida has old people and it’s difficult for them to get around!!! I think next time I’ll go to ft Meyers! More

The loaner desk took almost 45 minutes at 9AM with no one else waiting to provide a “reserved” car. The young man behind the desk said he needed to “find” the car and see if ready. Very satisfactory All went very well with the initial service work i.e. new battery, FRM Controller, replace 2 recall items, etc. I picked up my car and left the dealer All went very well with the initial service work i.e. new battery, FRM Controller, replace 2 recall items, etc. I picked up my car and left the dealership. As I was driving away, I noticed some of my instrument panel options i.e. phone, etc. did not work and the triangle w/exclamation mark was lite. I returned to the service center where the Assist. Service manager said they would have to hook up the electronics to their machine to find out what was wrong. After and hour and a half in the service area, they found the problem. The issue was when the new FRM electronic controller was installed earlier that day, some of the connections were not correct. It caused some of my instrument panel not to work. Everything seems to be working fine now. Derek Thomas was extremely helpful and courteous during the process. I really appreciated his sincerity and apology. I still feel this dealership is first class and will recommend them to anyone. More
