Poor service Service advisor not helpful . Even though there was a recall on the radiator/coolant and that my original reason of radiator coolant loss was not as a Service advisor not helpful . Check on my tires Carlos Munoz gave me an appointment via text to have the alignment and balance checked on my tires. The problem was corrected. Why go anyplace else. There are so many repair facilities that claim they repair BMW’s. Frankly they don’t have a clue. Been there done that.
