First a recall, next BMW of Sarasota continues to offer superior service. I’ve had my car there three times in the last 5 months for various reasons. First a recall, next a windshield replacement and most recently a 10k service. Each time was a pleasant and low impact experience. I was given a loaner when needed. And all service was completed when promised. The SA, Fernando, was attentive and communicative. And every time my car was washed before being returned to me. It doesn’t get any better. More
