Efficiency Service Advisor Derek Thomas was very professional and courteous. Arrived 15 minutes early for a 10:00 am appointment. I was told it was ready at 11:30. It takes an hour to remove, install and balnce new tire ? It would have been only an hour, if they had started at 10:00 am. An hour is a reasonable time to wait for a tire change ! More

Poor Experience My X3 Run- Flat Tire picked up a nail and the tire went flat. It seems that BMW OEM tires cannot be repaired. You must purchase a new tire when you g My X3 Run- Flat Tire picked up a nail and the tire went flat. It seems that BMW OEM tires cannot be repaired. You must purchase a new tire when you get a flat. So, I made an appointment for 10:30 AM to purchase and Mount a new tire. When I made the appointment I was told that it would take about 1 1/2 - 2 hours to complete the job. I informed the service representative that I must be out of the dealership service center by 12:30 PM. I was told that would be OK. I arrived at 10:15 AM that morning signed in and expected to leave by 12:30 PM. The rep. confirmed the order and I reiterated the need to leave by 12:30 PM since I had another appointment shortly afterwards. I was told no problem. Well 12:30 PM past and I was still there. The tire was not installed yet. I asked if I could prepay to expedite the check out so that I could leave as soon as my car was ready. I was told the mechanic was working on it. I told the rep. I need to leave soon. At 12:45 PM, I spoke to the rep. again and my car was still not ready. The rep. offered me a car, but it was a Hertz rental, since they had no loaners available. I took it, After a lot of paper work from Hertz, they mentioned that I should be sure to replace the gas that I used, or I would be charged for it. Since the car was being paid for by BMW dealership, I didn't object. But I thought that was kind of cheap of them. I used the car for a total of 1/2 hour and returned it after putting in a small amount of gas. It was now 1:30 PM, I spoke to the rep. and I was told my car was still not ready. So I continued to wait. At 2:00 PM, I finally got my car. It was a total of 3 and 1/2 hours to put on 1 tire. THIS IS WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I have had my vehicle service here once before, I also had to waited a long time. I think the service manager needs to get on top of this. I very disappointed about the wait time. More

Very helpful and courteous You arrive and they greet you before you get out of your car. They go over everything they are going to perform during your visit including the approx You arrive and they greet you before you get out of your car. They go over everything they are going to perform during your visit including the approximate time. They walk you over to a reception area that has everything you need to enjoy the time waiting. They occasionally stop and ask how you are doing and if there is anything they can do to help. They come and advise your car is ready and walk you to it. It is clean and the job is done very close to on time. More
