Service A+/5 star Loaner Process B/3 Star Seth Rodgers (should be listed below) did an A+ job which included reserving a loaner. The loaner desk took almost 45 minutes at 9AM with no one else waiting to provide a “reserved” car. The young man behind the desk said he needed to “find” the car and see if ready. Shouldn’t this be info obtained when service opens at 7AM More

Very satisfactory All went very well with the initial service work i.e. new battery, FRM Controller, replace 2 recall items, etc. I picked up my car and left the dealer All went very well with the initial service work i.e. new battery, FRM Controller, replace 2 recall items, etc. I picked up my car and left the dealership. As I was driving away, I noticed some of my instrument panel options i.e. phone, etc. did not work and the triangle w/exclamation mark was lite. I returned to the service center where the Assist. Service manager said they would have to hook up the electronics to their machine to find out what was wrong. After and hour and a half in the service area, they found the problem. The issue was when the new FRM electronic controller was installed earlier that day, some of the connections were not correct. It caused some of my instrument panel not to work. Everything seems to be working fine now. Derek Thomas was extremely helpful and courteous during the process. I really appreciated his sincerity and apology. I still feel this dealership is first class and will recommend them to anyone. More

Had a very good experience. Had to top off fluid level. Manager at entrance was very organized and took care of us quickly. Problem: Several months ago we entered Q and was asked to back out because they would not wash cars any more. After buying three new cars at the dealership and promised a car wash when we needed one we were quite disappointed to say the least. This time after our car was serviced the manager told us that they again will wash our car. We declined but again are not happy that we were never informed that this service started again. This is also after writing three different times expressing my complaint to manager/owner/salesman. Common courtesy says somebody should have e-mailed us this info.
