He listened carefully to what happened to me and took the car in for a thorough examination. He was calm, professional and explained what he was going to do to get to the bottom of the problem. He gave me confidence in the car again and after running the electronics and finding that it was the starter motor. First class service department! Took our vehicle in for routine oil change. It was also going to be due for the break service in a few months as well. Greg Jones always manages to go above and beyond for his customers. Although he is the service manager, and being a long time customer of BMW, we still prefer to deal with him. We had a little issue with the service advisor that checked us in but after contacting Greg, he quickly handled the situation. HE Is the reason why we choose to deal with BMW of Sarasota. Not to mention the guys working on your vehicle are amazing!! Don't let Greg slip away, you'd be losing alot of loyal customers! More
