If it were not for the exceptional communication and care I received from Greg jones and Carlos Munoz, I probably would not be buying another BMW. They are both professional, kind and extremely helpful. They provided excellent, complete, and timely service on my 528. Thanks for everything! Greg along with Carlos went above and beyond communicating and assuring that I felt assured all was being done to address the problem. BMW North America should thank them for their great customer focus. I am very pleased with their service. If I could, I would rate them 6 Stars. I have been a customer for years and have always been well taken care by my supervisor. I rarely have issues with customer service, but I have found that communication between the valet, technicians and well taken care by my supervisor. My most recent visit I provided a list of things to be completed on My car and only three of the six were addressed. I was told to bring the car back next week because they were super busy!! More

However, the blaring TV made the waiting area unpleasant. Although I originally had planned to wait, I found it so annoying I opted not to wait for a diagnosis about my car but instead requested a loaner vehicle immediately. I suggest the compensation by the dealership to Hertz for loaner vehicles is a cost that should be taken into account in how the service department is managed. I doubt I am the only person who would prefer either silence or quiet background music to the inane blather of a TV show in your waiting area. More
