Some of the worst pre-repair service I have ever received at any dealership. Called ahead for a factory recall and was told I would get a loaner. My review of Sarasota BMW is very positive because of the excellent customer service of my Advisor Carlos Munoz. The place was jam packed the day I arrived and I was told staff was short. This was my first interaction with BMW and I will say they made it a very welcoming experience. I actually drive a Cadillac and swear you will never get me to drive anything else, but after my experience they made it a very welcoming experience. I actually drive a Cadillac and swear you will never get me to drive anything else, but after my experience with BMW when I brought the Cadillac there for routine service issues I'm sure I'll be back and might possibly entertain becoming part of the BMW family.
