Some of the worst pre-repair service I have ever received at any dealership. Called ahead for a factory recall and was told I would get a loaner. My review of Sarasota BMW is very positive because of the excellent customer service of my Advisor Carlos Munoz. The place was jam packed the day I arrived and I was told staff was short. This was my first interaction with BMW and I will say they made it a very welcoming experience. I actually drive a Cadillac and swear you will never get me to drive anything else, but after my experience they made it a very welcoming experience. I actually drive a Cadillac and swear you will never get me to drive anything else, but after my experience with BMW when I brought the Cadillac there for routine service issues I'm sure I'll be back and might possibly entertain becoming part of the BMW family. Totally awesome and I highly recommend this dealership. Jorge was my service advisor and he's a total professional and an asset to the dealership. If it were not for the exceptional communication and care I received from Greg jones and Carlos Munoz, I probably would not be buying another BMW. They are both professional, kind and extremely helpful. They provided excellent, complete, and timely service on my 528. Thanks for everything! Greg along with Carlos went above and beyond communicating and assuring that I felt assured all was being done to address the problem. BMW North America should thank them for their great customer focus. I am very pleased with their service. If I could, I would rate them 6 Stars. I will continue to praise BMW of Sarasota for all of the great services they provide and will always recommend friends and family to ask for Carlos and Greg when visiting them. More
