Carlos Mundoz is an outstanding Service Manager. Your dealership is fortunate to employ such a professional service representative. arrived for my scheduled 2:30 appointment (that’s why one makes an APPOINTMENT). Was informed in a rude way by a “greeter” to wait 15 minutes when we arrived. Indicated to the service manager that we had a business meeting at 4pm. It was a simple oil change and the service manager Scott said “we will get you on your way in time.” 4pm came and went with no contact. When we went to the cashier counter no one knew where the vehicle was nor were they aware of our time deadline. 15 minutes later I approached a young lady named Tiffany who stepped in and retrieved our car and got us underway. It was a half hour late and we missed our business appointment. This dealership seems chaotic and disorganized and frankly no one but Tiffany seemed to care. We won’t be back. More
