Recently brought my 335i in for a diagnosis of why the Bluetooth stopped working. I was given a direct answer in what needs to be done to fix. While my car was there the tech noticed a few other things li Bluetooth stopped working. I was given a direct answer in what needs to be done to fix. While my car was there the tech noticed a few other things like a leak and sensor that was and inside the car. I was told what it was and the cost to fix as well. Luckily I had a 3rd party warranty so some was fixed under that and bmw did a great job communicating with that company and me to get it done quickly and efficiently while also fixing another part that broke a week after I originally brought my car in. All in all, it was a good experience, I was given a loaner which I greatly appreciated. I will say, in the past I did. It have the best experience at this dealership, but this experience did make me feel better about using them in the future for any issues. Staff was great, communication was on point and my service advisors did well working everything out. More

It was a bit unorganized when I came to pick up my car. Was told to go to concierge who in turn told me to see my rep. My rep wasn’t there so it took them a while to get my paperwork and key.
