I had a service appt to drop off my new leased Z4 . Sat in the waiting room for 3 1.2 hrs. Finally got a loaner ( thank you), but I have not heard anything in two weeks. I’m assuming it was recall stuff , which is fine , but if I ever here back from someone, I can promise you, I will not be rushing back as I am an hour away. My first visit to bmw and I have found the whole experience chaotic and very odd. More

I had a pleasant experience. Greg was very accommodating. Jorge apparently didn't receive my email causing delay. I had to follow up with a text to find out why he hadn't got back to me. The car was a mess with watermarks caused by the irrigation system. We had to wait while the car was re-washed. I wanted the car detailed but this didn't get addressed until it was too late. Seems that the sheet I filled out when I dropped the car off got misplaced because I had to ask for a second time for what I wanted done. The experience wasn't awful and wasn't great, in the end the main problem was addressed. Thank you, More
