long wait I made an appointment Sunday for Monday to fix flat tire. Monday I spent 3 hrs. there. BMW was very busy and they are working hard but they don't have capacity to handle the volume or difficulty that's there. This is not my first time the wait has been excessive. I am patient and understand all that goes on behind the scenes. Susan was the best at helping me to understand but I could go to third party for work and be out in 45 mins. More

Mixed review I like Jorge. He is personable and allthough after the first intro we continued our conversation through messenger. He is curtious: I was told that i I like Jorge. He is curtious: I was told that it would only take 45 minutes but then the shop ran into problems and I spent almost 3 hours. After the 45 minutes had gone into being an hour plus, I sent a message requesting status and I got the feedback that they ran into problems. There is always the unforeseen, I get that. However maybe since you are using messaging there could be an automatic update when things take longer than planned from the shop to Jorge and on to the waiting customer. Otherwise I had a great experience with the amenities in your waiting area. Maybe an idea: if you could separate your waiting area into a "quiet zone",phone call-free section and a "business" section (with space for laptop use) More
