This is the worst BMW dealership I have been to. I was given a rental car that needed service and had to come back to the dealership before my car was ready. You charged double than the St Pete dealership for a plastic wheel cover. Your service greeters spoke in to me with unprofessional Gen Z speak that should not be used with customers in a BMW dealership.
