After having car serviced my oil light went on indicating low on oil. I was told thst it was the normal Burn rate of oil from the engine After filling it e oil the service rep dif the right thing snd difn low on oil. The entire process of ordering and customizing my new BMW could not have been smoother. Jack was right on top of each issue, from beginning to delivery. Greg, my service adviser, was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the technician who performed the repair, failed to update the computer, requiring a return trip to the dealer. Additionally, and most disturbingly, when my x5 was returned, all the contents of my center console were thrown in my back seats and on the rear floor. Nothing appears to have been taken but this is unacceptable. I was late for an appointment, so could not make inquiry at the time. I will raise this with Greg on my return to have the computer updated. More
Very little communication between the sales and finance department. I believe they ran my credit at a lower score than what my actual credit rating is. They used the sales person as a go between between me department. I believe they ran my credit at a lower score than what my actual credit rating is. They used the sales person as a go between between me and the finance person which made for an incredible amount of miscommunication. The lack of attention/direction from the sales and credit department left me feeling like I was left to my own devices as I was waiting for them, never knowing where in the process the application was. I actually showed up with financing in place and wasted several hours being held captive awaiting for the dealer to give me a better finance rate. They matched the rate, didn't beat it. Hours completely wasted. Then when I was about to walk away from the deal they were able to give me a better rate in about 20 minutes. Why did they waste my time? Why did it take all these hours of frustration just to get the deal done? At the end of the day, if the process is done properly, you should feel good about a new car purchase and not feel like you've been jerked around for hours just to have the deal renegotiated in 30 minutes, which is what it should have been in the first place. More
