We received a great price on our 2015 328i as a trade. We were in the area and hadn't planned for the purchase. We had left our extra key fob and checkbook at home. After completing all of the paperwork, Bobby made the 45 minute drive to our home to pick up the key fob and get a check to complete the purchase. Our experiences at other BMW dealerships have been similar but Bobby went way above and beyond to make our purchase as easy as possible. If you're shopping BMW of Sarasota, ask for Bobby Carr. More

Worst dealership I’ve ever been to for service! My service advisor Greg is very unhelpful and rude. When I told him I just came out of a Mercedes into bmw and I’m that I’m having a way worse service e service advisor Greg is very unhelpful and rude. The fact that it takes 45 ‘minutes to receive a loaner is pathetic. Service was taken care of , however not getting a loaner from bmw but from hertz is terrible.
