I had a malfunction alert on an airbag that was a safety issue. I made an 8:00a.m. appointment, arriving at 7:35. At 10:30 I was informed that the part had to be ordered and I would have to make another 50 issue. I made an 8:00a.m. appointment, arriving at 7:35. At 10:30 I was informed that the part had to be ordered and I would have to make another 50 minute drive to complete the safety-critical fix. Over two weeks later I still have no idea when my vehicle will be fixed. This is the second warranty repair that has required multiple trips to be fixed. Very unsatisfactory. More
