Awesome service. My first time to Sarasota BMW and Chong Lee took great care of me. My car was scheduled for oil change, but I was concerned with 2 others issues. Chong & The technician acknowledged both Lee took great care of me. My car was scheduled for oil change, but I was concerned with 2 others issues. Chong & The technician acknowledged both and corrected both (working through their lunch hour). They also sent me a video of my car pointing out the areas they worked on (which I could share with my husband) Good job BMW of Sarasota 👏. Impressive on all fronts! More
