I would highly recommend BMW of Sarasota. After my check engine light came on in my X3 I stopped by without an appointment to speak with my service advisor Lucy. Wait times are too long. Service is not competitvely priced. The only thing going for them is the customer service. So far in 3 service calls I've spent around $6000 not including proprietary keys and t priced. The only thing going for them is the customer service. So far in 3 service calls I've spent around $6000 not including proprietary keys and the micro switch that they broke and charged me $360 to repair. Their tire quote was almost $1000 over Costco for lower quality tires than Costco offered. And I've always waited what seemed like forever in their waiting area just to find out parts would need you be ordered and it would take a week for the repair. When they repaired the oil pan leak my car had ants in the glove box from sitting in their sandy lot for 2 weeks. It took me weeks to remove them. No car wash or vacuum and had to have the car detailed $160 from the oil on the carpet from that first repair too. Looking for a reputable garage to take my Z4 to for service. Until then I don't have much choice but to keep going to BMW for repairs. More

30 minute wait for technician for scheduled service! I waited another 15 minutes for technician to get back to me on courtesy ride( Uber) so I ended up walking home approximately 2 miles!
