Has been over a month since I traded in my car for a new BMW. They finally sent a check to pay off my trade in, 5 weeks after the trade. Received a e mail from my bank two days ago telling me that my trade BMW. They finally sent a check to pay off my trade in, 5 weeks after the trade. Received a e mail from my bank two days ago telling me that my trade was paid for. Hurrah 5 weeks to pay off. Sounds great huh, we'll just received e mail from finance company that I still owed them, that Sarasota bmw stopped payment on the check Called Sarasota bmw to tell them that check was stopped, was informed that's impossible because Sarasota bmw doesn't send checks, but their company " Morgan auto does. xxx who cares pay my car off. Been on the phone 5 times with sales manager and finance manager, three visits to dealership still not paid. Was also supposed to be paid a referral fee, still waiting But they probably stop payment on that check also They are very good with promises, but you need a dealer you can trust, not one that makes excuses!!!! More

Bad service, my sales person asked me to come back to do a process for my windshield and I had to wait 1:15 minutes for him then I asked him about life lock because it was registered under someone else name a process for my windshield and I had to wait 1:15 minutes for him then I asked him about life lock because it was registered under someone else name and he said I had to call the company which is not true then he made an apt for installation and he never did and I drove to the dealer and waited and. I apt was yet made, again a waste of my time. A supervisor called me because I complained and I am waiting to see if he calls me this week to setup an apt overall I am not impressed More
