Chad was the only rep to approach my husband and I. He was knowledgeable about the products, and listened to our needs/wants. It was the best experience at a car dealership, not only because it is my fir was knowledgeable about the products, and listened to our needs/wants. It was the best experience at a car dealership, not only because it is my first BMW, but because Chad, his manager Jonathan and Ash (tech that trained me on the features) were awesome. Chad exhibited the perfect balance of a professional sales man without being inauthentic, knowing product knowledge, connecting with me on a personal level (both previous chefs) and closed the deal in what seemed like record speed. Like I told them. I’m a loyalist. Come time for the convertible we know who we’re going to :) Coming from a family who’s been through the ringer the past 2 1/2 years dealing with Leukemia and complications, it’s huge to say this process was STRESS FREE, with help from Chad and the team.
