Check in was easy and our service advisor kept us updated on the vehicle. Loved the video texted to us by the service technician! Oil change was schedule for two hours. I took over 3 hours for job to be complete. Realized after leaving the technician failed to reset the computer. Took several calls and days before I received a c hours for job to be complete. Realized after leaving the technician failed to reset the computer. Took several calls and days before I received a call back to return. Each trip is 60 minutes one way. Disappointed!!! More
