I am from Michigan. My BMWX3 windshield was hit by a rock on our way to Florida in December. I googled dealerships and called BMW of Sarasota I talked to Carlos Munoz and knew I was led to the right rock on our way to Florida in December. I googled dealerships and called BMW of Sarasota I talked to Carlos Munoz and knew I was led to the right place. He explained the process and went ubove and beyond getting my windshield replaced. Bobby Carr was amazing to deal with on the purchase on my BMW X3. He greeted us at the door with a smile and offer to assist us. Didn’t provide the proper information about the vehicle. Windshield got crack and few chip marks. There was no gas. I requested map to be updated. It didn’t happen and local dealer is charging.
