Service advisor excellent as expected. Only disappointment is not being able as a waiter to have car washed as after waiting 4 hours for car, it was estimated that it would take additional Only disappointment is not being able as a waiter to have car washed as after waiting 4 hours for car, it was estimated that it would take additional hour and half to wash car. Couldn’t wait that long due to commitments. Recommend that dealer obtain other washing equipment other than having to wait for his commercial customers. BMW customers deserve their own car washing capabilities. More
