Lack of communication. Needed headlamp change. 1st visit 2.5 hours for diagnostics. Next visit 4 hours to put headlamp in but it didn’t work. Given a rental car and was to be called when finished. Husband received text same day at 4:45 to say car was ready. It’s my car and my contact info was taken on both days, no call, no text to me… why have appoints if there is always several hour waits? Headlamp change takes 2 days, 6 and 1/2 hour wait time and $388.88… can’t you do better than that? More
