I am not at all happy with your service they did not check to make sure that my Bluetooth was connected after they did an update. I called Kim to let her know she said she would call me at the end of th check to make sure that my Bluetooth was connected after they did an update. I called Kim to let her know she said she would call me at the end of the day. I had not heard from her until after closing. I ended up calling her after 7 PM she called me back tried to Help me work through it I did everything I was told. It did not work she told me I had to go in from Venice all the way back to the dealer to have it done. She said there would be someone there in the morning to do it I got there. Nobody there no genius nobody knew how to do it ended up having to sit around for a half hour and one of your women from your group finally came over and said she would try and do it but she wasn’t sure if she could. She did morning locked out. I was told I should’ve made an appointment with a genius that was not told to me at all so no I am not happy with the service More
