received two emails for an appointment, went on Saturday3/26 to have my passenger visa replaced only to find out the part was not in. Wasted my time and gas for a trip that could have been avoided if the the person/persons booking my visit checked to see if indeed the part was in. Still have not received any notice from the service center to inform me of the missing part, or an apology for my time and gas wasted. This now makes two trips to this service center that has not gone very well, my Wife's experience was terrible too. This level of service is not in keeping with the BMW mission statement. A favor of a reply would be welcome. My service provider was not Derek Thomas, it was Zach, NOT his fault at all. Both are in my opinion great guys. More

Had my car back and fourth several times AFTER going in for a tire rotation and balance. No one could find out why it was still having the same problems as it was when I brought it in the first time. Had t for a tire rotation and balance. No one could find out why it was still having the same problems as it was when I brought it in the first time. Had to keep bringing it back several times. My car is still under warranty and I was still charged for tire rotation and balance. After the 3rd or 4th time bringing it back for the same issue of pulling to the right and a loud noise while driving over a certain speed they then tell me 3 of the 4 tires are disintegrating. They quoted me a price that was outrageous for one and for two why did they not find this problem the very first time I brought it to them. Nose my car is unsafe to drive due to the 3 bad tires. I had to take another day off from my job to find tires today that are properly priced without bleeding my wallet empty. This is my first BMW product and certainly will be my last. If they were just more honest with me upfront the first time I brought my car in I would have felt completely satisfied with their answer. Instead knowing I have been driving out on the highway unsafe with bad tires just tells me a lot about this company. Very disappointed and not impressed at all. More

The dealer somehow determined that wires in my car were Broken by an outside source. My vehicle is less than a year old and the dealer informed me that the damage would cost me over $700. This is our secon Broken by an outside source. My vehicle is less than a year old and the dealer informed me that the damage would cost me over $700. This is our second BMW and will be our last. Acura pulled something similar approximately 10 Years ago. We have never even entertained Acura again. I have spoken highly of BMW over the years, that opinion has now been eroded. Because of $700, I will return my BMW and simply leave without releasing a new vehicle. I also emailed their customer service, and have yet to receive a response. This is not what I expected from BMW. More
