Will never return to this dealership and will certainly advise acquaintances not to! In March 2019 I have service work done and purchased 4 new run flat tires! When I picked up the vehicle I was informed t advise acquaintances not to! In March 2019 I have service work done and purchased 4 new run flat tires! When I picked up the vehicle I was informed their alignment machine was down and they could not do an alignment! On the trip north I had a flat and destroyed a new run flat tire! Turns out they never bother to put in new valve stems and one failed causing flat tire! I had the other three replace at a BMW dealership in London! Sarasota BMW attitude was too bad! Bring back old tire from 1200 miles north and we might consider a small reimbursement Yesterday I brought my 6501 in as windshield washer pump died and needed replacement! After leaving unfortunately too late I discovered one of their drivers threw their clipboard on my dash and cracked a plastic moulding! The chip from the crack still on the dash! I witnessed the drivers doing this in other vehicles they were driving out of reception area! Next time service required it will be in BMW Ft Myers! More

I was not greeted when I brought my car into the Service area, but soon found an attendant to assist me. They could have done a bit more when cleaning out my otherwise very clean car.
