Was very dissatisfied with the service this time, it doesn’t take 3 hours to do an oil change ad quick software update. We also.chose to not have the car washed because it would have been another 30 min doesn’t take 3 hours to do an oil change ad quick software update. After the software update all of our settings for the seats, radio, navigation, mirrors, etc we’re completely gone. NOT GOOD! More
