Absolute worst buying experience of almost any product I have ever had, much less a luxury car. From top to bottom it was a mess to the point my wife wanted to cry they were so bad. Definitely a bottom of the barrel BMW dealership with the type of service they provide. The F&I Manager there, I believe his name is Humbert Caz, should be fired on the spot. Not only a liar but condescending to the point of making you think he wanted to pick a fight. I cannot say enough how disappointing and maddening this experience was and I cannot believe we actually stayed in there to complete the purchase. More
