This last visit to Sarasota BMW was for a tire on our X5 that kept loosing air. I called and made an appointment with our Service Rep, Derek Thomas. They service department was really busy and I was waiti that kept loosing air. I called and made an appointment with our Service Rep, Derek Thomas. They service department was really busy and I was waiting in the lounge area for my turn. I texted Derek, told him that I was starting to get close to a doctors appointment. He had me come to his office, had me in a loaner and I was off to the Doctor. I have dealt with Derek for 2 years, he is by far the most customer focused service rep that I have dealt with. BMW is has a high total cost of ownership, but in comparison to other cars, its worth it. More
