I was greatly impressed by the level of outstanding customer service lead by Kim Caleo. In addition, I absolutely loved the video that showed the issues that required repair with my car (wish all service shops did that), it gave me confidence and clarity. Sadly, in the northeast, over the last 22 years of owning BMWs I have been jaded by the poor workmanship at the dealership repair shop. Kim’s customer service and attention has renewed by faith in BMW Auto Service and Repair via the dealership. Because of Kim, I intend to give this a shot in Sarasota. Of course time will tell in terms of the repairs themselves, but her customer service has renewed my faith. More
